By acknowledging the terms and conditions, you irrevocably agree that if Clem Kelleher operating as CELTIC HYPNOSIS Ltd ® (the Company) approves your application and accepts you as a COMFORT EATING SOLUTION™ (the course) participant, this agreement automatically becomes a binding contract between you and the Company, and applies to your participation in the Program. By acknowledging below, you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. We reserve the right to amend this agreement at any time by sending you a revised version at the address you provided.

The investment to take part in the course is the stated course fee (which may vary depending on course updates and coupon discount offers).The payment is exclusive of currency exchange fluctuations & bank/transfer fees.

You authorize the Company to charge your credit card, as indicated, as payment for your purchase of this course. Furthermore, you agree that you are responsible for full payment of fees for the entire course of the course, regardless of whether you actually participate in or complete the full course. NO REFUNDS will be issued outside of any stated ‘money back guarantee’ timeline that is included at the time of purchase.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend or terminate your participation in the course without refund if you become disruptive or difficult to work with or if you impair the participation of the instructor or participants in the course. We respect your confidential and proprietary information, ideas, plans and trade secrets (collectively “Confidential Information”) and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow course participants and of the Company.

You are agreeing (1) to not infringe upon any course participants or the Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or any other intellectual property rights, (2) that in any Confidential Information shared by course participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and Proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it or the Company, (3) you agree not to disclose such information to any other person or use it any manner other than in discussion with other course participants during organized meetings.

You further agree that (4) all materials and information provided to you by the Company are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property belonging solely and exclusively to the Company, and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company, and (5) the reproduction, distribution and sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited. Further, you agree that, if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating any of your agreements contained in this paragraph the Company and/or the other course participants will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations. The laws applicable to this agreement will be the laws of [YOUR STATE OR PROVINCE], and the parties agree to “attorn” to the exclusive jurisdiction of [YOUR STATE OR PROVINCE] Courts to finally adjudicate and determine any such dispute both before and after termination of this Agreement.
