I hope you're finding your way around the 'platform'. Don't be afraid to click on 'Transition Weeks', maybe worth going back over the 'Back To Basics' and watching some of the video's that you haven't watched since you began the original program, or simply dip into the 'Full Hypnos Selection' and listen to your favourite hypnos depending on your mood.

The 3 Pillars of Self-Compassion are at the top of menu because we all need to take a time out for some self reflection and positive self-talk. 

Check out the CLEM Talks... and definitely watch the 'Quick Tips & Chats' for little snippets of info that can make all the difference in your day-to-day decisions.

At this stage... 'Diversions' should be playing a role in your everyday activities... so it might be worth watching the 'Psychological Transitions' again and staying on top of this... beware the neutral zone... where the bad habits hang out....

It’s hard to nail down what’s in this program because I’ve been adding to it all the time, and I’ll keep doing so. 

The Binge Eating Trigger - REVEAL™ is a big addition, it’s essentially a program within a program, containing 26 videos all design to help you identify ‘triggers’ that have been causing you to turn to food during moments of stress, boredom or other moments of discomfort.

Watch my welcome video at the start of the Introduction module to give you the layout. All the videos (apart from the actual hypnotherapy sessions) are between 5-10 minutes long, so you’ll move pretty quickly through them. And I think you’ll find them interesting.  

Also since then I’ve introduced a ’10 minute mini hypnos’ module - again as extra support material to help you with your journey.

I stronly encourage you to 'pop in' to The CES™ OPEN 🎾 zoom sessions. Don’t be intimidated by the idea of a group session. To date the attendees are quite small, in truth I get 2-5 people typically and it’s more of a chat/share than a structured meeting. There’s been some great sharing too, so I always look forward to it. It helps to know you're not alone in your 'down cycle' and it can be great to share and encourage others on your 'up cycle' when thangs are going great. It adds meaning to the whole journey. Anyway...

There's already a lot on this 'Continued' program, and I will be continuously adding to it. So just go through it, play around - dont worry, you can’t break anything 😂 - and enjoy.
